Placing an Order:
1. Browse and Select: Explore our online shop to choose your favourite treats.
2. Order and Pay: Place your order and complete your payment securely via EFT.
3. Minimum Order Quantities may apply to certain baked goods.
4. Selected products are shipped with gel ice packs to prevent melting. Orders outside of Cape Town may have a higher risk of melting due to longer in transit times. To minimise the risk of melting, always store your products in a cool, dry place.

Delivery Options:
– PUDO Locker-to-Locker Delivery: R65
– PUDO Locker-to-Door Delivery: R85
– Free Locker to Locker courier delivery for orders over R800  
– Pickup available in Milnerton (Free)
– High risk areas may attract  a higher PUDO courier charge. CannaGold will advise you of any such additional charges which we will only know when we order the PUDO courier service for you.

Delivery Schedule:
In Stock: Orders are shipped every workday.
Made to Order: While all items are shown as in stock, if we need to make a product, it may take 1-3 workdays before your order is ready for shipping.

Delivery Time: PUDO typically takes 2-5 business days to deliver your order, depending on your location.

Why this schedule?

To ensure you receive the freshest possible products, we ship orders as soon as they are ready. If an item is out of stock, we make it fresh, which may take 2-3 workdays. This approach ensures your treats are made and shipped at their peak quality, arriving to you fresh and delicious.
