Shipping & Delivery Times
– Dispatch days: Monday to Thursday.
– Delivery time: PUDO deliveries typically take 2 – 5 business
days, depending on your location.
– Freshly made orders: Please allow an additional 1 – 3
working days for products that need to be prepared before
dispatch.

We don’t dispatch orders on Fridays or weekends. This helps minimise the risk of your treats being exposed to excessive heat while in transit.

Keeping Your Treats Fresh
We take care to package your treats for delivery, and selected products are shipped with gel ice packs to help prevent melting. Please keep in mind that longer transit times, particularly for deliveries outside Cape Town, may increase the risk of melting. Once your order arrives, store your treats in a cool, dry place to help maintain their quality.
