Responsible Use – All CannaGold products must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable South African laws and regulations. Products are intended for persons aged 18 years and older, subject to applicable legal requirements. Individual responses to cannabis and CBD products may vary. Effects can be strong and long-lasting. Always exercise caution and follow any applicable product instructions.
Health and Safety – Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using cannabis or CBD products, particularly if you are taking medication, have an underlying medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive, operate machinery or engage in activities requiring full alertness after consuming intoxicating products. Keep all products securely stored and out of reach of children and animals.
For pet products, consult your veterinarian before use, particularly if your pet is receiving medication or has an underlying medical condition.
Intended Use and Product Claims – CannaGold products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Product classification, labelling, claims and intended use are subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Product Use and Liability – Products must be used only as directed and in accordance with applicable product information and warnings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CannaGold shall not be liable for loss, injury, illness or damage arising from improper use, misuse, incorrect dosage, failure to follow product instructions or individual reactions to products. Where products are manufactured by independent third-party manufacturers, CannaGold cannot guarantee the absence of latent defects and shall not be liable for such defects except to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.
Returns and Refunds – Due to the nature and sensitivity of our products, returns are generally not accepted. This policy does not affect any rights customers may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation, including rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products.
